The Cheshire Cat Yoga is an online and in person class for those who are very new to yoga, or are having some physical concerns or are over 60 years of age. It is never too late to start yoga. Anyone can do the gentle stretches and poses starting from where you are at and progressing at your own pace.

I have been doing yoga for the past 20 years. I started at the age of 47, but I didn't start to really see and feel the benefits until I began practising 3 times a week with a small group on line. I recently upgraded my teaching practice so that I can help those who are having difficulty managing pain and movement with several modifications.
I especially enjoy introducing people to yoga who never thought they could do it or enjoy it.

Linda's yoga classes are wonderful. The pace of the poses is easy going but challenging as you develop the ability to extend and hold them longer.
