I have been teaching yoga for 2 years online, but I have been doing yoga for almost 20 years.
I started doing yoga to increase my bone density, lose some weight, feel better and sleep better.
I am very pleased with my results, plus I am much more relaxed and in a great mood most days.
I especially enjoy teaching beginners so that I may introduce them to a whole new healthy world.
It is never too late to start yoga and it doesn't matter what shape you are in at the present.
Yoga is fun!
